Refund policy

If you want to return something, email hello@thepracticalbirthandbabyco.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Physical products

For physical items, we ask that returns are unused and in the same condition you received them, ideally in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. Wait for our reply before posting anything back. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.

Please check your order when it arrives and tell us promptly if something is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Digital downloads

Digital products (such as guides and affirmation files) work differently. Once a download has been provided or accessed, a return is usually not available, except where UK consumer law says otherwise (for example if the file is faulty or not as described). If there's a problem with a digital purchase, email us and we'll help.

Gift cards

Gift cards aren't refundable except where the law requires it.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked an approved return, we'll confirm whether a refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank can take a little longer to show the money.

Your UK consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is meant to limit rights you may have under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the rules on distance selling / consumer contracts. Those rights can give you protections that cannot be excluded.
