Shipping policy

Here's how shipping works at The Practical Birth & Baby Co.

UK orders

UK orders are shipped within 10 to 14 working days. You'll see the shipping options and costs at checkout before you pay.

Digital products

Digital products, like the Natural Postpartum Guide and Birth Affirmation Screen Savers, are an instant download. After you buy, you'll get an order confirmation and a separate email with access to your files, so there's nothing to ship.

Returns

If you want to return something, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund policy for how it works.
